By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Orders and Cancellations
2.1 Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and queued for print within 15 minutes of placement during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:30–18:00).
2.2 Cancellations: To cancel an order, email hello@london-roller-banners.co.uk or reply to your order confirmation within 15 minutes of placing the order. Cancellations requested after this period may not be accommodated.
2.3 Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to refuse any order and will issue a full refund in such cases.
3. Artwork and Printing
3.1 Customer-Supplied Artwork: Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our specifications. We are not liable for errors in customer-supplied artwork, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, image quality issues, or incorrect dimensions.
3.2 Artwork Specifications: Artwork should match the selected banner size. If artwork includes a white border, it will be printed and trimmed accordingly. For urgent orders, a "fit to print" service is available upon request.
3.3 Adjustments: Any specific requirements must be communicated within 15 minutes of placing the order. Adjustments requested after this period may not be possible.
4. Proofs and Approval
4.1 Proofing: If a proof is requested, we will provide a digital proof for approval. Production will commence only after receiving written approval from the customer.
4.2 Approval Delays: Delays in approving proofs may affect delivery timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by late approvals.
5. Delivery and Collection
5.1 Same-Day Service: Orders confirmed with print-ready artwork by 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are eligible for same-day printing. These orders are typically ready for collection between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM, subject to production volume and complexity.
5.2 Delivery: We work with trusted delivery partners including UPS, DPD, Royal Mail, and our own dedicated courier service. Standard courier collections usually occur on the next working day, with delivery expected the day after collection. For urgent or time-sensitive deliveries, we offer a same-day or next-day service through our dedicated courier, depending on availability and destination. While we make every effort to meet delivery expectations, third-party courier timelines are not guaranteed, and we strongly recommend in-person collection for critical deadlines.
5.3 Risk and Title: Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or collection. Title to goods remains with us until full payment is received.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Defective Goods: Refunds or reprints are offered only for orders deemed defective or damaged upon receipt. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt, with all packaging retained for inspection.
6.2 Non-Returnable Items: As all orders are custom and not resalable, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
6.3 Customer Errors: We are not liable for mistakes arising from customer-supplied artwork, including but not limited to spelling errors or incorrect graphics.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept payments securely via Stripe and PayPal. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
7.3 Late Payments: In the rare case of any invoice-based transactions, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Customer Content: Customers retain ownership of their artwork but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify the artwork for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
8.2 Printpal® Trademark: Printpal® is a registered trademark (UK00003013951) owned by Print Impress Limited and is used under license.

11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
