Please note that our turnaround times are based on standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00. Same-day delivery is available only in London. Orders placed on Fridays will be ready for same-day collection for smaller stands, while larger stands will be ready by Monday. SETTING UP ARTWORK
Please use the following template when creating artwork for printing, as the final size of this print with bleed will vary based on the size selected.

All artwork must be too scale and saved at the correct resolution (300dpi +)

UPLOADING ARTWORK
You have 3 options for uploading your artwork
- You can add your artwork to the cart or order confirmation page.
- Once the order has been completed, you can upload your artwork to printpal.wetransfer.com and include your order number in the file name
- You can attach your artwork to your order confirmation email and send it back.

The team are really helpful at Printpal, we didn’t have a design so we called up and spoke a lovely gentlemen, who advised us that there design services can take up to 24 hours and if the banner was urgent to use canva.com to create our basic template. We then shared the design directly from Canva, and they helped resize and make the artwork print ready. The quality of the print is fantastic! and the overall build quality is great, also came with a bag for easy transportation. The banner was easy to set-up and will really help us in welcoming our customers back for our dine in service.
