After placing your order, you can submit your artwork using one of the following methods:
1. Upload via Website
Once your order is complete, you’ll be directed to an order summary page where you can upload your artwork files (up to 20MB in size).
2. Send via WeTransfer (for files over 20MB)
Visit https://printpal.wetransfer.com to upload your larger files.
Please remember to include your order number in the message field so we can match the files to your order.
If you selected the “Collect from Store” option at checkout, your order will be ready for collection once you receive the “Ready for Collection” email.

Yes – our same-day roller banner printing service is ideal for last-minute requirements. Simply place your order before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays), and your banner will be ready for same-day collection from our store.
You're also welcome to arrange a same-day courier, Uber, or preferred delivery service to collect on your behalf.
Please note: Same-day collection is available for banner stands sized between 80cm and 120cm in width. Larger banner sizes (150cm – 200cm wide) are available for next-day collection only.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and start from £12.99 + VAT for our standard delivery options.
If your order is time-sensitive, we highly recommend either collecting from our store (free of charge) or using our dedicated express courier service within London for same-day delivery.
We accept the following secure payment methods:
- PayPal
- All major credit and debit cards (processed via Stripe)
Your payment details are encrypted and securely processed for your peace of mind.
Our standard turnaround time for print and delivery is approximately 4 working days.
If you require your order more urgently, we recommend opting for our dedicated same-day courier service within London or choosing collection from our store.
Please note: We do not offer weekend deliveries, but we can arrange collection from an alternative address in N3 if needed.
Once your order is received, our team reviews your artwork to ensure it meets print requirements.
- If your file is print-ready, it will go straight into production.
- If any adjustments are needed, we’ll send you an artwork approval email for review and confirmation.
You’ll receive regular updates from our system throughout the process, including notifications on production status, collection instructions, or tracking details for delivery.
Yes – all orders are invoiced with VAT included. If you require a VAT invoice for your records, simply let us know and we’ll be happy to send it to you.
Yes, we can! Our in-house graphic design team is here to support you with:
- Artwork edits
- File checks
- Complete custom re-designs
